The structure project is developed and coordinated along with the architecture project, the projects for installations and the height tracing plan, assigned by the Contractor. A one-floor industrial building is to be built in a regulated land property, connected with an existing industrial building, and an additional staircase of reinforced concrete in the existing building. The new hall is planned of steel construction, with foundation and flooring of reinforced concrete. Maximum constructive height - 5,59 m. The roof is two-sided, composed by the global steel construction.
The building is planned of steel construction, with a foundation structure of reinforced concrete.
The structure system of the foundation is monolite. The thickness of the flooring on level 0.00 is h=10 cm. The concrete covering of the reinforcement is 2.5 cm for the flooring, and 5 cm for the foundation.
The measures and reinforcement sizes, provided for the bearing elements of concrete (foundation and additional staircase) are calculated by static-dynamic analysis of a 3D model of the building structure by 3D FE Model, designed by PSCAD v.2,6 software.
Façade walls and roof structures are planned as a whole steel structure. The walls are enclosed by sandwich panels, 30 or 50 mm thick (accordig to the reqierments of the Contractor), and the roof covering is also of sandwich panels, 120 mm thick.
The composition of the steel structure is assigned by 6 frames with maximum height 5,59 m (level +5,50) at the ridge of the roof. The horizontal measures of the construction are 30,4/15,7 m. The columns of steel structure step on concrete subcolumns by anchoring joint parts, calculated for most unfavorable values of the external reactions.
In order to cover most precise and in detail the steel structure's behaviour, a spatial computational model has been made by Consteel v.11_SP1 software. By the model is realised the most precisely the foreseeing and calculating of the structure's deformations and motions of the structure in different loading cases.
